Vester Earl Madewell Vester Earl Madewell, 80, of Springdale died Friday, August 8, 2008. He was born Nov. 23, 1927, in Densmore to Henry and Ruthie Davidson Madewell. He attended Calvary Free Will Baptist Church in Springdale. Survivors include his wife, Mary Juanita “Tooter” Bowen Madewell; children, Janice “Jan” Watson, Carl Madewell, Bobby Madewell, Jackie Madewell and Byron Madewell, all of Springdale; a brother, F. D. Madewell of Hindsville; three sisters, Lorene Johnson of Huntsville, Donna Sue Freeman of Douglasville, Ga., and Patty Freeman of Lowell; eight grandchildren ; and 11 greatgrandchildren. Arrangements were by Westfield Chapel. A funeral service was held Monday at Calvary Free Will Baptist Church in Springdale with the Revs. Donnie Villines and Dale Kesner officiating.
