Villagers can save some time waiting in line by using suggestions from Patrick "Pat" Frazee, membership service manager for the Bella Vista Property Owners Association. Villagers who don't golf can renew their photo ID cards over the Internet. They have to go to the express golf section of the POA Web site -- www.bellavistapoa.com/golf/registration/index.htm. When their ID cards are ready, they can pick them up at the Country Club Pro Shop. A couple of other suggestions from Frazee that will help villagers get faster service are: 1. Avoid their busiest times at the POA offices, such as days just before and just after the water bills are due, about the middle of the month. 2. Avoid having to fill out a guest card by faxing or mailing the following information to the POA offices: * Member's lot, block and subdivision numbers. * Member's name and address. * Guest's name and address. * Date the card is to become active. * Date the card will expire (cards are valid up to 30 days per request.) * Stop in at the POA and get the guest card from the "will call" box. |
