NWA Thunder NWA Thunder, a new 9-U competitive team, is looking for two players that want to play a higher level of baseball.
We will be playing in Bixby, Okla., on Oct. 18.
We are looking for players who have pitching experience and / or players who have great arms and speed. Previous competitive ball experience a plus, but not necessary.

Lacrosse clinic The YMCA of Northwest Arkansas Lacrosse Club will hold a free clinic on Saturday, Oct. 11, at old Tiger Stadium in Bentonville. An introduction to lacrosse will be held for boys and girls in grades K-4 from noon to 1 p.m. followed by a boys' demonstration game by current club players from 1-1: 30 p.m. From 1: 30-3 p.m. a skills clinic is planned for boys and girls in grades 5-12.
