Breakfast for the Band The Band Boosters will serve a pancake breakfast from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11., to raise money for the band's new uniforms. Tickets are $ 3 for a single plate, $ 5 for a family of four or less and $ 8 for a family of five or more. A sausage biscuit is included and "to go"plates are available.
Other events for the band include • Tuesday, Oct. 14 - Elkins Invitational Marching Contest at Elkins High School from 4: 30 pm to 9: 00 pm • Tuesday, Oct. 21 - Region I Marching Contest at Springdale High School from 3: 30 pm to 10: 00 pm • Saturday, Nov. 1 - Siloam Springs Invitational Marching Contest at Siloam Springs High School from 1: 00 pm to 9: 00 pm AP Fundraiser An all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast which includes pancakes, meat (sausage or bacon ), orange juice and coffee will be served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at Applebee's restaurant, 527 N. 47 th St., Rogers, to benefit the Advanced Placement classes. The money is for an end-of-year trip. Tickets are $ 5 for adults and children 5 years of age and younger eat free. Tickets may be purchased from any AP biology, chemistry or art student or at the door of the restaurant that morning.
