Reports this week from the Pea Ridge Police Department include: Four warrants served: • 10 / 2 Minerva Montalvo, Pea Ridge, failure to appear; • 10 / 4 Shawn Howell, Bentonville, battery III • 1 / 4 Cody Winn, Pea Ridge, contempt failure to complete defensive driving course; and • 10 / 4 Christopher Carr, Pea Ridge, contempt failure to complete defensive driving course. One agency assist: • 10 / 2 Jody Wayne Weston, from a residence on N. Davis St., on a felony fugitive warrant from the U. S. Marshal's Office. Other incidents reported this week include Tuesday, Sept. 30 9 a.m. An incident at Pea Ridge Middle School where a 14-year-old male was reported to have threatened a teacher. He was cited into Juvenile Court for terroristic threatening. 12: 30 p.m. A 40-year-old male reported the loss of a pistol which he placed on top of his vehicle while parked atWhite Oak Station. 5: 09 p.m. Shoplifting at Fred's. A 13-yearold male was cited into Juvenile Court. Thursday, Oct. 2 8: 02 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on Black Street, Tony Millar, Pea Ridge, was arrested for DWI, possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended driver's license and refusal to submit. Saturday, Oct. 4 6 a.m. A resident on Hayden Road reported discovering eight hydrocodone pills missing after having a party at his home the night before. 6: 15 a.m. A resident on Chitwood Street reported seeing two people in her truck, which was unlocked. The individuals fled and were not located. Nothing was discovered missing or damaged.
Sunday, Oct. 5 3: 48 a.m. A disturbance at a residence on Benton Drive resulted in the arrest of a 17-year-old white male for domestic battery III and criminal mischief. Monday, Oct. 6 12: 02 a.m. An alarm call at Fred's Store resulted in finding the store apparently broken into and cash missing. The incident is under investigation.
