Pea Ridge volunteer fire department special election: The Quorum Court of Benton County adopted Emergency Ordinance No. O-2008-21 calling a Special Election on the question of the levy of the annual dues of the Pea Ridge Volunteer Fire Department. All qualified electors residing within the unincorporated area designated by the Quorum Court for the Pea Ridge Volunteer Fire Department shall be entitled to vote in this election.
Town of Garfield annexation special election: All qualified electors residing within the area to be annexed, as well as the registered voters in the TOWN OF GARFIELD, shall be entitled to vote in this election.
Early voting will be available from Oct. 20 through Nov. 3.
