Treeca Mae Bartalone, 82, of Rogers, Ark., died Saturday, March 22, 2008, at her home. She was born Jan. 25, 1926, in Benton Harbor, Mich., to Harry James Yerington and Mary Tio Yerington.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Joseph Bartalone; a son, Joseph Anthony Bartalone of Jackson, Calif.; three daughters and two sons-inlaw, Pam Mary Clark Randall of Bentonville, Ark., Rose Marie Cooper and Jason Cooper of Clarksville, Ark., and Mary Lee Haynes and Robert Haynes of Rogers; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, March 26, in The Lodge at Fellowship Bible Church of Northwest Arkansas in Lowell. Private inurnment will be at a later date at the National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ark. Cremation arrangements were by Epting Funeral Home of Bentonville, Ark.

Linda G. Breckenridge, 55, of Rogers, Ark., died Thursday, March 27, 2008, in Bentonville, Ark. She was born Sept. 4, 1952, in Plainview, Texas, to Emmett Linville and Marian Vaughn Linville.
She married Joe Breckenridge on June 1, 2006. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Emmett and Marian Linville; and two brothers, Everett Linville and Loyd Linville.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Breckenridge; two sons, Joe Breckenridge II of Rogers and Jamie Breckenridge of Tulsa, Okla.; two daughters, Katrina Breckenridge of Lubbock, Texas, and Kelley Breckenridge of the home; four brothers, Emmett Linville of Stockton, Mo., Floyd Linville of Lubbock, Larry Linville of Plainview, Texas, and Jerry Don Linville of Columbus, Ga.; three sisters, Mary Jo Harvey of Albuquerque, N. Elmer Laverle Davidson, 70, of Bentonville, Ark., died Friday, March 28, 2008, at the Circle of Life Hospice Home in Springdale, Ark. He was born Dec. 17, 1937, in Gaskin Switch, Ark., to Elmer P. Davidson and Vera Davidson.
He was a U. S. Navy veteran, serving in Barbados for two years. Upon leaving the U. S. Navy, he moved to Rogers in 1961 and began a long career working in the car and tractor sales, parts and service industry. He moved to Bentonville in 1964. He retired from O’Reilly Auto Parts in 2006 after 21 years.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Woodrow Davidson and Cecil Easley, and two sisters, Opal Easley and Waltina Steller.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Jane Clay Davidson; a son and daughter-in-law, Kevin Davidson and Kristi Davidson of Bentonville; two brothers, Willis Davidson of Rogers and Keith Davidson of Gentry; three sisters, Bea Hailey of Bentonville, Thelma Bohannan of Berryville, Ark., and Juanita Thrasher of Bentonville; and two grandchildren, Seth Garrett and Lukas Brady.
A memorial service was held Tuesday, April 1, at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers with Freddy McCauley. A private burial was held at Bentonville City Cemetery. Arrangements were by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.

Velda Austin Davis, 91, of Sulphur Springs, Ark., died Wednesday, March 26, 2008, at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital in Siloam Springs, Ark. She was born Oct. 27, 1916, in Gravette, Ark., to Alfred Austin and Mabel Netherton Austin.
She was a lifelong resident of the Sulphur Springs area. She graduated from Northeastern Oklahoma State University with a degree in teaching. She married LeRoy Davis on June 30, 1940. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church near Sulphur Springs. She was an accomplished artist and enjoyed caring for animals.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, LeRoy Davis, on May 14, 2002; a daughter, Jeannie Fleischer, on Aug. 26, 2007; a brother, Orval Austin; and a sister, Bea McAlister.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Marvin Davis and Susie Davis of Sulphur Springs; a son in-law, Bruce Fleischer of Sulphur Springs; a brother and sister-in-law, Alden Austin and Deena Mae Austin of Rogers, Ark.; three grandchildren, Jennifer Cristofaro of New York state, Jon Crawford of Marshfield, Mo., and Daniel Fleischer of Sulphur Springs; two great-grandchildren, Amanda Kelley of Mountain Grove, Mo., and Nathaniel Crawford of Marshfield; and several nieces and nephews.

Dorothy Dawes Foster, 93, Rogers, Ark., died Wednesday, March 26, 2008, at Golden Living Nursing Home of Rogers. She was born March 23, 1915, in Naylor, Mo., to Hattie Dawes and Frank Dawes.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Galen Locke Foster.

Donald Paul Howard, 92, of Rogers, Ark., died Sunday, March 23, 2008, in Rogers. He was born April 3, 1915, in Brooks, Iowa, to William Howard and Berenice Taylor Howard.
He was a supervisor for Northwestern Bell Telephone Co.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Crystal Doerge Howard; two sons and daughters-in-law, James Paul Howard and Linda Howard of Cuchara, Colo., and Mark William Howard and Elizabeth Howard of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; two brothers, Willard Howard and Tom Howard, both of Omaha, Neb.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Gayle Anne Jones, 45, of Rogers, Ark., died Thursday, March 27, 2008, following a long battle with lymphoma. She was born July 3, 1962, in Indianapolis, Ind., to Jack Jones and Joanne Jones.
She was raised in Indianapolis and attended North Central High School. She graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati as a design major and was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. In 1985, she received recognition as the “ Designer of Tomorrow” by Lazarus department stores.
Upon completion of college, she moved to New York City, where she worked at various design studios, including Tweeds and Phillip Van Heusen, before moving to Seattle in 1992 to work for Eddie Bauer as design director of Women’s, A. K. A. Bauer and later as divisional vice president of women’s design. She married Greg Blahut. In 2004, she moved with her family to Rogers to work in product development for Sam’s Club and subsequently became director of men’s product development at Wal-Mart.
Survivors include her husband, Greg Blahut; a daughter, Julia Blahut; a son, Rex Blahut; her mother and father, Joanne and Jack Jones of Indianapolis, Ind.; a brother and sister-in-law, Laurence Jones and Dawn Jones of Zionsville, Ind.; her motherin-law and father-in-law, Barbara Blahut and Richard Blahut of Champaign, Ill.; a brother-inlaw, Kenneth Blahut of Smithville, N. J.; a sister-in-law, Janice Ryan and her husband Michael Ryan of Bristow, Va.; and many nieces and nephews.

Patricia Morsani, 76, of Rogers, Ark., died Thursday, March 27, 2008. She was born April 22, 1931, to Harry M. Gallagher and Lulu M. Gallagher.
As a child, she traveled with her family with small circuses and with the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus. She and her siblings and parents performed acrobatic acts and walked the high wire. At 16 years of age, she contracted tuberculosis and was removed from circus life. She married Alfred Morsani in September 1951. She worked for several years at Oakdale Junior High School and St. Mary’s Hospital in Rogers until she retired.
Survivors include three daughters and a son-in-law, Rita Morsani, Maryanne Henry and Bryan Henry, and Virginia Rose Callison; a son, Martin James Morsani; four sisters, Mugsy, Pearl, Sally and Kaye; 13 grandchildren, Tina M. Mehl, Shannon N. Campbell, Anthony A. Campbell, Jesse Kim Trinh, Victoria Morsani, Jim Ray Morsani, Jim Mason, Matt Shaner, Caleb Shaner, Candice Henry, Corey Henry, Cobey Henry and Casey Callison; five greatgrandchildren, Alex, Adri, Alaina, Destiny and Jordan; and several nieces and nephews.

James Andy “ Popper Jim ” Mullins, 72, of Sulphur Springs, Ark., died Monday, March 24, 2008, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Ark. He was born Oct. 20, 1935, in Stella, Mo., to Ivan Mullins and Gladys Mae Lamb Mullins.

Flora G. Page, 81, of Rogers, Ark., died Friday, March 21, 2008. She was born Nov. 10, 1927, in Kansas City, Mo., to Ezra D. King and Thelma Vanderpool King.
She worked at Tyson Foods for many years until her retirement. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Hanners; a brother, Charles Stevenson; a daughter, Ruby Hogeweide; and a son, Clarence David Kitchen.

Margaret Ruth Scott, 92, of Rogers, Ark., died Tuesday, March 25, 2008, in Rogers. She was born Nov. 29, 1915, in San Diego, Calif., to Charles Wilbur Moore and Lelia Bacon Moore.
She retired from Sears and was an accomplished seamstress. She was a Methodist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank M. Scott; a brother, Charles Moore; and two sisters, Helen Greene and Patricia Starn.

Terrence Eugene Shea, 56, of Rogers, Ark., died Sunday, March 16, 2008, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Ark. He was born Oct. 22, 1951, in Prairie du Chien, Wis., to James Edward Shea and Florence Mary Milz Shea.
He spent his early years in Fennimore, Wis., and graduated from Fennimore High School. He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a longtime employee of John Deer Dubuque Works. After he retired, he moved to Rogers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Florence Shea; and two brothers, Gerald Shea and James Shea Jr.

Sharon Kay Weiser, 61, of Pea Ridge, Ark., died Thursday, March 27, 2008, at her home. She was born Sept. 23, 1946, in Jacket, Mo., to Frederick Edward Gundel and Ada Mae Duncan Gundel.
She had been a resident of Pea Ridge for 37 years. She enjoyed gardening, playing bingo and caring for her dog Cloie.
