Jose’s on Dickson Street in Fayetteville will be hosting a fundraiser for the Fayetteville High School Choir from 1-5 p. m. today. There will be a silent auction and live music from The Odds, The Dave Stiles Band and A Good Fight. Admission is a $ 5 donation. The choir has been invited to perform at Disney World, and the money raised will go toward covering expenses. For more information, call Karen Love at 957-7349.

The Jones Center will host its 10 th annual Fall Family Festival from 1: 30-4: 30 p. m. today. The Jones Center campus will be transformed into an outdoor carnival atmosphere with fall treats and games for the children. The event is open to all ages and is free to the public.

Washington County Democratic Women will meet at 5: 30 p. m. Tuesday at Western Sizzlin in Springdale. Betty Parker of Arkansas Families First will speak on Proposed Initiated Act 1. The public is invited.

The fifth annual Monster Twist Party, a fundraising event for CAT TV, will be from 6-9 p. m. Thursday at the CAT TV station. Admission is $ 1 and raffle tickets are $ 5.
