Hitting girlfriend
• Jason Shackelford, 39, was charged Oct. 3 with terroristic threatening and thirddegree domestic battery. He is accused on Sept. 1 of hitting his girlfriend, causing injury, and threatening her.
Sex crimes against minors
• Johnathan Jeffrey Rowe, 19, was charged Oct. 3 with rape and two counts of second-degree sexual assault. He is accused on Aug. 10 of engaging in deviate sexual activity with a 12-year-old male. He is accused on Aug. 8 of having sexual contact with two females ages 5 and 7.
Aggravated assault
• Miguel Nava-Bustamante, 21, was charged Sept. 30 with aggravated assault. He is accused on Aug. 17 of driving away and dragging a woman who was hanging on to the side of the vehicle.
Burglary, theft
• Heather Taylor, 21, was charged Sept. 30 with residential burglary and theft of property. She is accused Dec. 15 of entering a residence and stealing property.
