Beechwood Ave.

The Lake Fayetteville Watershed Partnership will hold its annual Fall Lake Fayetteville Cleanup starting at 9 a.m. Saturday. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. at the Lake Fayetteville Environment Center, 511 Lakeview Drive, Springdale. The cleanup is open to the public and lunch will be provided for all volunteers. Fayetteville Parks and Recreation Division is partnering with the Artists of Northwest Arkansas to host the fifth annual Wilson Park Artwalk from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. The event will feature 50 of the area's top artists who will set up exhibits along the trail at Wilson Park. Pieces of art will be for sale to the public with a portion of the proceeds benefiting public art projects in Fayetteville's parks. Hotdogs will be served to the first 200 people in attendance. For more information call 444-3471. The horse trails at Pea Ridge National Military Park will reopen Saturday. Work continues on improving the trails and the park staff asks that riders report any downed trees or excessively muddy areas to staff at the visitor center. The Elkhorn Tavern and area north of the tavern remain off limits to horses due to resource damage. Admission is $ 3 per person or $ 5 per vehicle.
