Ruth Allison Frase of Fayetteville and Timothy Ray Reavis of Texarkana, Ark., plan to marry at 3 p.m. July 26, 2008, at Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel in Bella Vista.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Patty and Rev. Tom Frase of Russellville. She is the granddaughter of the late Sally and Charles Frase and the late Ruth and Col. Pete Kirkpatrick.
She has a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Arkansas and is pursuing her master's degree in creative writing.
The prospective groom is the son of Karen and David Reavis of Texarkana, Ark. He is the grandson of Joanne and the late Jim Reavis of Texarkana, Texas, and the late Iman Otwell and Carol and Charles Turley of Texarkana, Ark.
He has a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Arkansas.
