A Eureka Pizza delivery man was robbed by gunpoint in the early hours Friday.

The victim called police at 12:50 a.m. from 1839 W. Mitchell and said someone placed a gun to his head and demanded his money. Police are looking for three male suspects and are not sure if the gun was real or fake.

According to Fayetteville Police Sgt. Bill Phelan, they haven't determined if the suspects ordered the pizza themselves or jumped the delivery man randomly.

After the first suspect pulled the gun, a second man reached into the bushes and picked up a baseball bat.

Once the suspects had the money bag, two 2-liter Cokes and two pizzas, they left the area on foot.

Phelan said police set up a perimeter in the area and called in the Springdale K9 unit. The dog tracked a scent to an apartment of Kaywood, but Phelan said nothing came of it.

The delivery man's bank bag was located in front of 1837 W. Mitchell. Officers left the scene at 2:40 a.m. Friday.

The three male subjects were wearing black hoodies, one saying Ramay Indians.

All three suspects are still at large, Phelan said, and anyone with information about the robbery can call the Fayetteville Police Department at 587-3555.
