Domestic battery

Josie Antonio Baires, 31, was charged Dec. 30 with second-degree domestic battery. He is accused on Nov. 23 of striking a family member in the face with a wine glass.

Meth, robbery

Ezra Jones, 30, was charged Dec. 30 with delivery of methamphetamine, robbery and second-degree forgery. He is accused in October of selling methamphetamine. He is also accused on Dec. 7 of writing a check on an account of someone else and using force to prevent apprehension after trying to commit a theft.

Bogus ID cards

Ismael Garcia, 41, was charged Dec. 30 with nonfinancial identity fraud and three counts of second-degree forgery. He is accused on Nov. 30 of having bogus Social Security cards and a fake driver's license.

Helping steal car

Timothy Dwayne Counts, 22, was charged Dec. 30 with accomplice to theft of property. He is accused on Nov. 29 of assisting a juvenile in stealing a Honda Accord.

Criminal mischief, assault

Jimmy Munoz, 23, was charged Dec. 30 with firstdegree criminal mischief and second-degree assault. He is accused on Nov. 29 of slapping a victim in the face and damaging property worth more than $500.

Aggravated assault

Jose Esquivel-Mansanares, 28, was charged Dec. 30 with aggravated assault and terroristic threatening. He is accused on Dec. 2 of intentionally ramming a vehicle containing a man and a child and threatening a person with a baseball bat.
