The Omni Center for Peace will hold a demonstration to call for the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq at 1 p.m. today at the corner of Mall Avenue and Joyce Boulevard in Fayetteville. Signs will be provided.
Matthew Wang and Anna Steely will hold an
open public piano recital
at the Fayetteville Public Library at 3 p.m. today. Wang an eighth grader is the Arkansas Representative in the Jr. High MTNA Piano Competition. Steely, a high school senior, was the first place winner of the first Northeastern University Senior Piano Competition and is the Senior High Representative for Arkansas in the MTNA Division Finals.
