William D. Shelise, 19, of 1131 W. Gregg St., Apt. 11, in Fayetteville was arrested Nov. 15 on a felony charge of theft of property.
Delivery of meth
Rolando Flores, 31, of 1705 N. Lowell Road, Apt. 204, in Springdale was arrested Nov. 17 on a felony charge of illegal delivery of methamphetamine.
