There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony for the recently completed Gulley Park stream restoration project at 3 p.m. today near the south entrance to Gulley Park on Township Street.
St. Paul’s Episcopal Church will host a talk on the health impact of Arkansas’ Clean Indoor Air Act, a study of the air quality hazards in bars that allow smoking and results of a survey of registered voters ’ attitudes toward Fayetteville’s Smoke-Free Ordinance at 5:30 p.m. today.
