Information is from Arkansas Department of Health records. Restaurants are listed in order of inspection date. All reports are from regular food service/food store inspections unless otherwise noted.
Critical violations are defined as items that relate directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness, and must be corrected immediately.
Non-critical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.
The following establishments were inspected Sept. 30 through Oct. 21 and had no violations reported:

Critical violations include: a written handwashing policy is required for bare hand contact with cooked or ready-to-eat foods; all foods that are ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous, prepared on site and opened commercial containers held for more than 24 hours requires proper date-marking.
Non-critical violations include: dispensing scoop handle must be stored out of bulk ice maker (corrected); circular fans and walkin refrigerator fan shrouds require cleaning.

Critical violations include: raw eggs must not be stored above produce; foods must be thawed by an approved method; drinks in food prep area require lids and straws; soap must be available at hand-wash sink, repair soap dispenser; reheated foods must be reheated rapidly; all food employees must wash hands (no hand washing observed).
Non-critical violations include: outside area at dock and trash bins requires cleaning; drain plug required in trash bin; foods in walk-in must be covered; gap in large cooler must be sealed; floors in all coolers require cleaning; cooler ceilings require cleaning of dust/mold; floors in food prep areas require cleaning; items must not be stored in mop sink and mop water must not be dumped outside; chemical test strips needed for sanitizer; food prep employees are required to wear hair restraints; all food products outside of original containers must be labeled; bowl must not be used as a scoop, must have handle; thermometers needed in all coolers; ceiling above food prep needs to be dusted/cleaned; missing floor tiles require replacement; clean weekly behind stoves and fryers; hand-wash signage required at all hand sinks; keep scoop handle out of food product; pesticides must be approved for food service, do not use home pesticides; non-compliance with food permit code; employee illness symptoms must be known by manager; must have sanitizer in food prep.

Critical violations include: employees must wash hands prior to gloving.
Non-critical violations include: pipe between vegetable fryer (gas line) needs cleaning; back flow prevention needs installing on back of hand-wash sink; food crust buildup at the dishwasher needs cleaning.

Critical violations include: spray bottles need to be labeled with the name of its contents.
Non-critical violations include: light in walk-in need to be shielded or shatterproof.
