Bulky Waste Cleanup for Ward 4 set for Saturday

A Bulky Waste Cleanup for Ward 4 in Fayetteville is scheduled for 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
Drop-off locations are the Ozarks Electric Cooperative parking lot west entrance, 3641 Wedington Drive, and Shaver Foods parking lot, behind the Randal Tyson Track Center, 1367 S. Beechwood Ave.
Unacceptable items include household hazardous wastes, household and commercial garbage, medical waste, dirt, rocks, leaves, brush, grass and tires.
E-waste such as televisions, computers and cell phones should be taken to the Shaver Foods site for recycling. Tires and hazardous wastes such as paint, pesticides, herbicides, batteries, cleaning chemicals and automotive fluids should be taken to the Washington County Household Hazardous Waste Site at 2615 Brink Drive between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
All br ush, leaves and grass items should be taken to the Compost Facility at 1708 Armstrong Ave.
Fayetteville residents are limited to one Freon-bearing appliance per resident.
