Burglary, theft
• Adam Wayne Philips, 20, was charged Sept. 19 with residential burglary, fraudulent use of a credit card and two counts of theft of property. He is accused Aug. 7 of stealing two debit or credit cards and using a card to purchase merchandise at Wal-Mart. He is also accused of breaking into a residence to steal a gold coin.
