Drugs, gun Dick Weldon Porton Jr., 52, was charged Sept. 4. with possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone ), felon in possession of a firearm and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (marijuana ). He is accused on Aug. 1 of being in possession of illegal drugs and a gun.
