Meth lab bust in Prairie Grove results in 5 arrests

An undercover drug investigation led to five arrests Tuesday after police discovered a meth lab in an area residence.

The owner of the residence, Michael Brockman, 46, of Prairie Grove, was arrested on felony charge of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Also arrested were, Crystal Fatherree, 42, of Lincoln, Kevin Burris, 45, Linda Hoober, 58, and Valarie Bruner, 28, all of Prairie Grove, on felony charges of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Washington County Sheriff 's Office, in cooperation with the 4 th Judicial Drug Task Force, seized the meth lab at 15075 Prairie Grove Lake Road. When law enforcement officers arrived, the occupants were reportedly in the process of manufacturing methamphetamine.

The drug task force is made up of investigators from the police departments of Fayetteville, Springdale, University of Arkansas, Prairie Grove, West Fork, Johnson, Lincoln, Greenland, Farmington, Elm Springs and Elkins, as well as the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
