Cave Springs man charged with sexual indecency

• C. R. Richardson, 23, of Cave Springs was charged Aug. 7 by the Washington County Prosecutor's Office with two counts of sexual indecency with a child, accused of exposing his sexual organs to a person younger than 15 on June 11 and June 19. He was arrested by the Springdale Police Department.

Aggravated robbery

• James Dwayne Myers faces an arrest warrant on charges of aggravated robbery. He is a accused of demanding money from Michael Kofler and striking him on the head and face after Kofler said he had no money.

• Kofler then gave Myers his cell phone and watch, according to the affidavit. Springdale police officers recovered the phone from Myer's residence, according to the affidavit.

Viewing child porn

• Lloyd Callahan, 20, was charged Aug. 8 with computer child pornography and eight counts of viewing and possessing pictures depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. He was arrested July 9 by Fayetteville police.

Threatening wife with knife

• Anthony Stephen Eskew, 26, was charged Aug. 8 with terroristic threatening. He is accused on July 8 of threatening to kill his wife while he was holding a knife.

Theft, forgery

• Thomas Patrick Richards, 47, of Springdale was charged Aug. 11 with theft of property and forgery. He is accused in March of stealing a family member's income tax refund check and cashing it. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Changing check amount

• Christopher Watkins, 27, of Granite City, Ill., was charged Aug. 11 with forgery. He is accused in May of changing the amount of a check from $ 8 to $ 80. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Debit card fraud

• Myra Rene Pool, 36, was charged Aug. 12 with fraudulent use of a credit or debit card. She is accused on July 5 of using someone else's debit cards.

Theft of benefits

• Daniel Huggins, 29, was charged Aug. 12 with theft of public benefits. He is accused of obtaining more than $ 2, 500 in unemployment benefits that he was not entitled to.

Battery by pipe

• Jose Elio Elias of Springdale faces an arrest warrant issued Aug. 12 on charges of seconddegree battery. He is accused on Aug. 5 of striking Jorge Mendoza with a metal pipe, causing a large laceration to his head and breaking his arm.
