A Tontitown man has been accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old child, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Harley Ryan Logsdon, 30, was charged Wednesday with second-degree sexual assault.

On May 29, the accuser told an investigator with the Arkansas State Police that about three weeks earlier the defendant began fondling the accuser's privates with one hand while gratifying himself with the other, according to an affidavit filed in the case.

The accuser told the investigator that Logsdon had done this on several other occasions.

The accuser's brother told police that on one occasion he passed by the accuser's bedroom and saw Logsdon standing over the accuser, the affidavit states.

On another occasion, Logsdon came running from the bedroom completely naked and told the brother not to say anything, the affidavit states.
