• Forgery operation Alexis Brizela -Mandujano, 23, and Cesar Garcia, 25, were charged July 1 with criminal possession of a forgery devise and six counts of second-degree forgery. They are accused on May 20 of having a computer, scanner and monitor used to manufacture fake identification cards and also having several fake ID's. Kidnapping, threatening Brian Richard Jones, 33, was charged on June 27 with kidnapping and terroristic threatening. He is accused on May 31 of restraining his wife and threatening to kill her. Bank, drug robbery Michael David Hollaway, 27, has been charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of robbery. He is accused last year of entering Region's Bank and demanding money and entering the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Springdale and demanding Oxycontin. Both times he represented that he was armed.
• He is also accused of entering two Arvest Bank locations in Fayetteville in June 2007 and demanding money. Forging checks Kristen Oteri, 32, of Memphis, Tenn., was charged on June 30 with three counts of forgery. She is accused of forging checks on the account of her brother, who is incarcerated.
