For many across the region, Shirley "Peaches" Peterson needs no introduction. But the organizers of the 11th annual NorthwestArkansas Business Women's Conference made sure this instrumental, behindthe-scenes leader had her moment in the spotlight before the more than 1,000 in attendance at the John Q. Hammons Center on Tuesday.
