James Richards of Bella Vista was wide eyed as he maneuvered his way through the unusually crowded terminal building at Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport more than an hour before the sun rose early Saturday morning.
His 82nd Airborn Division hat proudly resting atop his head, Richards, whose tour of duty in World War II took him from Casablanca to Berlin, was finally going to get to see it with his own eyes - the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C.
