— Arkansas defensive coordinator Willy Robinson was taken from the Broyles Athletic Center football complex in an ambulance early this afternoon, a university source said Friday.

Robinson, 53, began feeling hot and was suffering headaches shortly after a staff meeting, the source said.

At that point, an EMS ambulance was summoned to carry Robinson to a local hospital at 11:40 a.m., said Arkansas media relations director Kevin Trainor.

Robinson was undergoing tests at the hospital this afternoon and is stable, Trainor said.

The Razorbacks gathered early in the afternoon at the complex and were to board buses to ride to their hotel in Springdale, and Robinson was not among them.

Arkansas plays Troy in a non-conference game on Saturday at 6:30 p.m., and it is not known whether Robinson will be available to coach in the game.
