Beverly Nenstiel and Steve Russell announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
The bride-elect is vice president and loan operations manager at Arvest Bank in Siloam Springs.
The prospective groom is chief financial officer with River Water District in Lowell, Ark.
The couple will be married in Belize in June and will reside in Springdale, Ark.
