GENTRY ó Police arrested two intoxicated juveniles Friday night following a fist fight between the duo.

Gentry police officers Eric Smith and Tyrel Eggebrecht responded to a call on Pine Street at about 11: 30 p. m. and found two boys, ages 16 and 17, fighting in a front lawn, according to the police.

When the officers ordered the boys to the ground, the 17-yearold complied, but the 16-yearold male fled on foot. Smith chased him for about three blocks before catching up to him and arresting him.

One of the juveniles was bleeding from the fight and was transported to the Siloam Springs Hospital where he was treated and released to the custody of police.

In a search incident to arrest, the 17-year-old was found to be in possession of marijuana, according to police.

Both were transported to the Benton County Juvenile Detention Center.

Misdemeanor charges pending against the Gentry youths include public intoxication, disorderly conduct, battery, resisting arrest, fleeing on foot, possession of marijuana and second degree assault for spitting blood toward an officer.
