Ty Herndon booked for fall concert

GENTRY ó Ty Herndon has been booked for a concert here on Oct. 11.
The Main Street Gentry Chamber of Commerce has announced that a Ty Herndon concert will be a featured Fall Festival event this year. The 7 p. m. concert will be held in Pioneer Stadium ó but in the high school auditorium if the weather is inclement.
Advanced tickets are going on sale now at selected Gentry businesses. They will also be for sale at Gentryís 4 th of July Freedom Fest. The advance tickets are $ 15. Tickets sold on the day of the concert will be $ 20. Only 1, 000 advance tickets will be sold. The advance tickets guarantee the ticket holder will be admitted to the concert, even if it must be moved indoors. Another 1, 500 tickets ó at $ 20 each ó will be sold on the day of the concert if the weather is suitable for an outdoor event.
Herndon is known for songs like ì What Mattered Most, î ì Hands of a Working Man î and ì I Want My Goodbye Back. î
A list of businesses selling the advance tickets will be posted to the Main Street Gentry Chamber of Commerce Web site as soon as it is becomes available.
