GENTRY / DECATUR ó Whoís the 33 rd president of the United States ? How many people live in the state of Idaho ? Whatís the longest word in the English language ? These are all questions to which thirdgrade students can now find answers in their own dictionary.

Bentonville Rotary Club members Wayne Calhoun, Jim Dotson and Kent Marts brought dictionaries, boxes of them, to the classrooms of Gentry and Decatur third-grade students Thursday. And, after telling students a little about what they could find in the volume in addition to word pronunciations and definitions, they read off the names of students and gave each student a personalized dictionary.

The students were elated with the Rotary Club gift and began looking through the information contained in the books. And the Rotary Club, every year, passes out dictionaries to students.

Who is the 33 rd president of the United States ? How many people live in the state of Idaho ? What is the longest word in the English language ? Ask a Gentry or Decatur third-grade student, and you just might learn the answer !
