Monday, Oct. 27
6: 54 a. m. Three horses were loose in front of Heritage Baptist Church.
7: 19 a. m. Horses were loose near 501 Highlands Blvd.
8: 17 a. m. A person stopped at the Bella Vista Police Department to report jewelry and a wallet were missing.
9: 44 a. m. A possibly sick fox was in the road near Brunswick and Hampton.
10: 09 a. m. Christopher Allen, 53, was cited for careless and prohibited driving at Arkansas Highway 279 near Hiwasse.
11: 33 a. m. A St. Bernard and a gray dog on Nantwich Circle were taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.
2: 10 p. m. Jesus Romero, 41, was arrested at the Benton County Jail on a Bella Vista Police Department warrant.
2: 35 p. m. A possibly sick raccoon was reported on Wentworth Drive.
2: 51 p. m. A dog on Pamona Drive was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.
2: 55 p. m. A possibly sick raccoon was reported on Nottingham Drive.
3: 23 p. m. There was a two-vehicle accident at U. S. Highway 71 and Dartmoor. One person was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Rogers.
4: 35 p. m. Cludia Rojas-Llanos, 30, was cited for having a dog at large. Tuesday, Oct. 28
4: 59 a. m. A woman heard a prowler around her front porch on Westbury Drive.
7: 34 a. m. A woman on Clyde Lane reported her 2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara was stolen. She said the car had a dealer tag that expired Oct. 27.
9: 01 a. m. An Arkansas State Police member asked for help to stop a gray dump truck that had caused rock damage to a car. A Bella Vista police officer stopped the truck and collected the information from the driver. Karen Hilman, 47, the caller who complained about the rock damage, was arrested on a Springdale Police Department warrant.
9: 30 a. m. A dump truck coming down Trafalgar lost control and drove across U. S. 71 through trees and stopped before reaching the Kingswood Golf Course.
9: 45 a. m. Charles Brown, 37, turned himself in at the Police Department on a failure-to-appear warrant.
11: 45 a. m. A person stopped at the Police Department to report credit card fraud.
5: 14 p. m. A Suzuki Grand Vitara with a dealer tag struck a tree on Salen Lane. Wednesday, Oct. 29
12: 44 a. m. A woman on Duxford Circle reported hearing what she thought was a prowler say, Dont move.
1: 14 a. m. Edward Isam, 38, was arrested on a Rogers Police Department warrant near Village Bible Church.
7: 41 a. m. A caller reported seeing a woman jogging against traffic at Trafalgar Road and U. S. 71. An officer check and reported the woman was fine.
1: 11 a. m. A woman on Rillington Lane reported three suspicious men in the middle of a lot at the end of a cul-de-sac.
1: 27 p. m. A large black dog and a Jack Russell terrier were taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.
2: 23 p. m. There was a two-vehicle accident at U. S. 71 and Riordan Road. Georgia Roy, 75, was cited for following too close.
4: 04 p. m. Kirk Sluyter, 37, turned himself in on a Bella Vista Police Department.
4: 21 p. m. Charlotte Young, 57, was cited for speeding at Arkansas Highway 340 and Chelsea Road.
5: 56 p. m. A woman on Gilbert Circle reported a white German shepherd and a black dog terrorized her cat. Each dogs owner was given a warning for having a dog at large.
6: 49 a. m. A woman on Evesham Lane reported her husband was threatening to kill her. She said he used a baseball bat to damage her mailbox.
7: 42 a. m. During a disturbance on Smith Lane, a man threatened to stab himself. He later agreed to go to a hospital. Thursday, Oct. 30
1: 38 a. m. A warrant was served on Veronica Valdizon, 20, at the Benton County Jail for a contemptof-court charge.
8: 58 a. m. Janae Ewert, 34, turned herself in on a warrant for driving on a suspended license and no insurance.
11: 07 a. m. Theft of water from the Property Owners Association was reported on Pennine Lane. Unpaid bills led to a lock being installed on the meter, but a person had cut off the lock.
12: 34 p. m. A recreational vehicle was parked in the middle of the road at Arkansas 279 and Cambria. The driver had to stop to close a door on the trailer that had popped open.
1: 23 p. m. A dog was removed from Pennine Lane and was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.
2: 31 p. m. A customer was reportedly taking unpaid products to customer service and attempting to get a refund at a business at Town Center.
3: 22 p. m. Michael Hosier, 27, received a citation for speeding at Highway 279 and Grand Central. He was traveling 45 mph in a 25-mph zone.
3: 47 p. m. Jesus Perez, 49, earned a citation for driving 45 mph in a 25-mph zone at Highway 279 and Grand Central.
4: 14 p. m. A citation was issued to Dennis Harris, 25, for speeding at Highway 279 and Cottage Lane.
8: 39 p. m. A man was sitting on a stump with a bottle in his hand at Huntley and Oaknoll.
11: 46 p. m. A caller on Billingsley Drive heard noises and thought there was a prowler.
