Monday, May 5 9: 25 a.m. A caller on Lavendon Circle Drive reported medications and a debit card were stolen.

10: 52 a.m. A woman on Yates Lane reported her keys were stolen.

3: 39 p.m. Two Labs were taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

3: 55 p.m. A caller on Headley Drive reported a Lowes truck ran over a $ 1, 400 piece of equipment.

3: 59 p.m. A caller on Helmsley Lane reported two dogs had a groundhog cornered in the backyard.

6: 34 p.m. Gary McPherson, 73, was cited in the Harps parking lot for an expired vehicle license.

7: 12 p.m. A caller on Cranfield Drive reported the windows of a 2006 Ford pickup may have been shot out by a BB gun.

7: 48 p.m. A caller on Pimlico Circle found a power washer.

10: 23 p.m. A caller reported some juveniles heard someone trying to break into a home on Knighton Drive, and one of them chased the man but couldn't catch him.

11: 47 p.m. A caller on Bishampton Lane reported hearing noises and the sounds of things breaking at a neighbor's residence. Tuesday, May 6 12: 30 a.m. David Piazza, 47, was cited at U. S. 71 and Dartmoor for driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended driver's license and driving left of the center line.

8: 44 a.m. There was a two-vehicle accident at Arkansas 340 and Cooper. One person was transported to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.

10: 48 a.m. Nelda Little, 80, was cited at Euston and Sullivan for driving her 2003 red Mustang 50 mph in a 30-mph zone.

5: 54 a.m. Jerry Aldrich, 74, was cited at Arkansas 340 and the Police Department for having an expired vehicle license.

5: 59 a.m. A caller on Caister reported her 16-year-old daughter and her 15-year-old son were fighting.

6: 55 a.m. A caller on Olmstead Circle said their 4- and 5-year-old sons and 5-year-old cousin were entering a neighbor's house without permission. The caller asked someone from the Police Department to speak to the children.

• 7: 28 a.m. Christopher Hathorn, 24, was cited at Arkansas 340 and Trafalgar for speeding.

11: 01 a.m. A caller on Wendron Circle reported a father and son were arguing, and the 20-year-old son refused to leave the residence.

11: 55 p.m. A caller on Westbury Drive reported a 44-year-old man with mental illness walked into the woods. The caller was concerned the man might injure himself. Wednesday, May 7 2: 18 p.m. Rickey Bell, 49, was cited at U. S. 71 and Trafalgar for speeding.

12: 18 p.m. A caller at Branchwood reported a disturbance between a girlfriend and boyfriend.

12: 29 p.m. A Jack Russell mix on Crosshill was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

2: 54 p.m. A reddishbrown dog on Goldsby Drive was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

7: 06 p.m. Vickie Hilbun, 48, was cited at U. S. 71 and Pinion Valley for an expired vehicle license and a fictitious vehicle license. Thursday, May 8 1: 29 a.m. Mark James, 50, was arrested at Riordan and Cunningham Corner and charged with driving while intoxicated and careless and prohibited driving.

9: 42 a.m. A caller on Stonehaven Drive reported a raccoon problem.

9: 35 a.m. A caller at 1257 Forest Hills Boulevard reported someone stole some decorative fencing and a mop bucket.

9: 53 a.m. A caller on Kincardine Drive reported an aggressive gray and brown pit bull attacked him and his dog.

5: 16 p.m. A dog on Ettrick Lane was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

6: 26 p.m. A caller reported two beagles were running loose with leashes near Carrol and Walter Drive. The beagles were taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

6: 28 p.m. Chad Crawford, 38, was cited at U. S. 71 and Shakespeare Drive for an expired vehicle license.

8: 13 p.m. An officer stopped a 56-year-old man who was driving erratically and discovered the man was having a diabetic problem, so the officer called an ambulance. The man was transported to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.

9: 02 p.m. A caller reported two vicious dogs attacked him near Cardinal and Robin Road.

9: 58 p.m. A caller reported hearing people in a vacant house on Warwick Lane. An officer found the door kicked in and the house vandalized.

11: 59 p.m. Aneja Ajay, 39, was cited at U. S. 71 and the rest area for speeding. Friday, May 9 5: 43 a.m. Robin Curtis, 32, was cited at U. S. 71 and Lundy for disregarding a traffic control device.

9: 32 a.m. Roger Easley, 41, was cited at Lake Cannock Drive near Lake Windsor for not having a personal flotation device for a child.

10: 14 a.m. Dale Dickson, 82, was cited at U. S. 71 and Dartmoor Road for failure to yield.

10: 34 a.m. A caller reported a door had been kicked in and fixtures valued at about $ 600 were stolen from a residence on Troy Circle.

12: 04 p.m. Shanna Hernandez, 33, was cited at Sugar Creek for following to closely.

5: 17 p.m. Dorothy Pitts, 77, was cited at U. S. 71 and Kingsland for an improper lane change. Consuelo Gutierrez-Haro, 32, was arrested on a warrant from the Benton County Sheriff's Department.

5: 36 p.m. Keith Hurst, 37, was cited at Cooper and Kipling Circle for an expired vehicle license and no proof of insurance.

6 p.m. Cynthia Dawson, 45, was cited at Kipling Circle for an expired vehicle license.

6: 04 p.m. A caller reported a verbal disturbance on Huskins Circle.

6: 22 p.m. Loud music was reported on Drummore Lane.

8: 53 p.m. Gunshots were reported on Leverton Lane.

10: 42 p.m. A caller on Britten Circle reported a 16-year-old girl had run away. The girl was located and returned home. Saturday, May 10 9: 10 a.m. A man on Mayfair Drive reported receiving a harassing phone call from a woman.

9: 22 a.m. A caller reported a bicycle had been on the side of the road between the two entrances of Morganshire Drive for two days.

10: 37 a.m. A caller on Britten Circle reported the 16-year-old daughter had run away with a man she met online at MySpace. No report was filed.

11: 13 a.m. An officer reported finding an older man who was confused on Tanyard Lane and giving him a ride home.

11: 56 a.m. A caller reported shots were fired on Stirling Drive.

4: 12 p.m. A caller reported debris in the road near U. S. 71 and Wellington.

4: 36 p.m. John Pennington, 24, was cited at U. S. 71 and Shakespeare Drive for an expired vehicle license.

4: 57 p.m. Chris Oliver, 30, was cited on Highlands Boulevard between Hiwasse Road and Queensferry for driving with a suspended driver's license and no motorcycle endorsement on his driver's license.

10: 11 p.m. Scott Wayson, 20, was cited at U. S. 71 and Kingsland for an expired vehicle license.

10: 27 p.m. A caller reported a party, with underage drinkers, was being held on Cullen Hills Drive. The responding officer was unable to locate the party. Sunday, May 11 2: 05 a.m. A caller at Grand Central Station on Forest Hills Boulevard reported a suspicious-looking red pickup was in the parking lot.

4: 00 p.m. A caller reported seeing a car on the Country Club Golf Course near Arkansas 340 and east Chelsea.

4: 21 p.m. A caller reported a physical fight between a 38-year-old wife and a 39-year-old husband.

6: 43 p.m. A caller on Walney Drive reported the house was egged overnight.

7: 20 p.m. A caller on Lancaster Drive reported the house was egged overnight.

7: 29 p.m. A caller on May Lane reported the house was egged overnight.

2: 08 p.m. A black Lab on Mills Circle was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

3: 36 p.m. Ronald Nance, 56, was cited at U. S. 71 going south for an expired vehicle license.

8; 55 p.m. A caller on Glasgow Road reported a boat was speeding on Loch Lomond.
