Memorial Day concert planned

The Bella Vista Community Concert Band will perform a concert on Memorial Day at Blowing Springs Park in Bella Vista. The concert will begin at 7 p.m. There will be a picnic supper available from 5 p.m. to 6: 45 p.m.
