ROGERS - The Rogers Mountaineers defeated Springdale on Monday in a 7 A-West tennis match.
Austin Westbrook, Kyle Kelley, Trent Clinton, Taylor Marsh, Cody Averett, Nick Carter and Austin Paul all won singles matches for the Mounties.
Luke Pascoe / Westbrook, Michael McGill / Collin Jones and Marsh / Clinton all won doubles matches. Volleyball BENTONVILLE - Bentonville Black beat Fayetteville Ramay 25-13, 25-10 in a freshman volleyball match Monday night. Melissa Bakke and Sydney Arend each had five kills for the Lady Tigers while Katy Neubert had six aces and seven assists.
Lincoln also won the eighth-grade match 25-21, 19-25, 17-15.
Tuesday night, the Lady Tigers (23-0, 10-0 ) defeated Springdale George 25-9, 25-9. Kelsey Parks had six kills. Lincoln also won its match.
Bentonville Gold played a nonconference match Monday against Siloam Springs and lost 25-13, 25-23.
McKenna Kraus had four kills, Meghan Green had seven assists and Brittani Spychalski had six digs.
Washington won the eighth-grade match 25-20, 21-25, 15-10.
In conference play Tuesday, BHS Gold was beaten 25-18, 25-12 at Springdale Central. Taylor Riney had three kills for the Lady Tigers and served 10 for 10.
Washington won the eighth-grade match 25-13, 25-22. Rachel True served 13 for 13.
