Courtney Rachelle Benningfield Groves, 21, of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away June 18, 2008, in Cave Springs.
She was born September 30, 1986, in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
She was a graduate of Shiloh Christian High School and a business school graduate of the University of Arkansas. She enjoyed walking by the creek with her dogs, fishing, baking and cooking. She was a member of The Church at Pinnacle Hills, where she served on the Baptismal Team. She was an avid supporter and volunteer of the H. O. P. E. Foundation. She will be remembered for her love of Jesus Christ, her servant’s heart and her unforgettable laugh.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Tony Leto; grandmother, Marvel Naomi Benningfield; and grandparents, Robert and Juanita Barrett; and her father-in-law, Sid Groves.
She is survived by her husband, Matt Groves of Bentonville; father, Charles Benningfield and his wife Christine of Bentonville; mother, Teresa Benningfield of Bentonville; two sisters, Ashley Benningfield of Bentonville and Brooke Hernandez and her husband David of Bentonville; two stepbrothers, Creed Fulton of Rogers and Jordan Fulton of Rogers; one stepsister, Katey Fulton of Bentonville; mother-in-law, Kathy Farrar; father-in-law, Bruce Farrar; brother-inlaw, John Farrar; three sisters-in-law, Josie Farrar, Susannah Farrar and Sarah Burns; grandparents, Nancy Leto of Springdale, Carol Groves of Johnson, Richard and Margo Mason of Rogers and Margaret and Joe Gaston of Bentonville.
A memorial service will be held 2 p. m. Saturday, June 21, 2008, at The Church at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers with Dr. Ronnie Floyd and Mike Daniels officiating.
