Bella Vista incidents
Among incidents reported to the Bella Vista Police Department according to records, were the following:
· At 2:56 a.m. Friday, loud music was reported on Basore Drive.
· At 5:49 a.m. Friday, a strange vehicle that may have followed a woman home from work was reported in the Hope and Arnold neighborhood.
· At 9:15 a.m. Friday, people were reported selling wood from a truck at U.S. Highway 71 and Trafalgar. They said they would move the truck as soon as their father, who can drive a stick-shift vehicle, arrived.
· At 9:51 a.m. Friday, a pickup truck on Fay Lane was reported broken into, and a DVD player and headsets valued at $320 were taken.
· At 11:09 a.m. Friday, the Rogers Police Department asked Bella Vista police to help find a child that hadn't been to school since before Christmas. Bella Vista officers located the child's aunt, who said the child was with her mother, but the aunt didn't know where they were.
· At 11:53 a.m. Friday, a credit-card-fraud report was filed.
· At 12:12 p.m. Friday, medications were reported stolen from a residence on Mellor Lane.
· At 3:22 p.m. Friday, a woman on Brecknock Drive reported she had paid a landscaper in October, and he hadn't been back since then. She said that when she calls him, he hangs up on her.
· At 4:23 p.m. Friday, a woman on Tamworth Circle reported that she gave a check to a trash collector, and the collector didn't take her trash, but left it in her driveway.
· At 4:49 p.m. Friday, three men were reported fighting in a parking lot near the Dairy Queen.
· At 5:50 p.m. Friday, a man on Melanie Drive reported that someone had broken into his car and truck.
· At 6:26 p.m. Friday, a woman on Rudston Lane reported that she came home and found a Pepsi bottle on her kitchen table. She doesn' drink Pepsi, so she wanted an officer to check the rest of her house.
· At 10:38 p.m. Friday, a physical disturbance between a father and a son was reported on Sheneman Drive. The son was very drunk and was shoving his father.
· At 3:01 a.m. Saturday, a woman reported that a car had rolled over and down an embankment at Arkansas Highway 279 and Marisco Lane. One person was taken to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.
· At 10:05 a.m. Saturday, people on Deerhurst Drive reported receiving a scam e-mail. Their home was put on extra patrol for two weeks.
· At 11:34 a.m. Saturday, a sleeping raccoon was reported on a back porch on Eaton Circle.
· At 12:09 p.m. Saturday, an accident between a car and a truck at U.S. 71 and Trafalgar Road was reported. Two people were taken to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.
· At 6:29 p.m. Saturday, an argument between a man, who had been drinking, and a woman was reported on Kirkaldy Drive.
· At 7:25 a.m. Sunday, a calf was reported on Arkansas 279.
· At 11:03 a.m. Sunday, a truck not normally in the neighborhood was reported parked at a residence on Marionet Circle. The truck was OK. The driver was doing some work at the home.
· At 2:45 p.m. Sunday, a husband and wife and a neighbor were reported arguing about a dirt bike on Cumbrian Drive.
· At 7:11 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported that two dogs were penned in a 4-foot by 4-foot cage.The caller said the owners never clean up after the dogs and don't feed them, and that the dogs bark at all hours.
· At 8:10 p.m. Sunday, a son and a father were reported having a disagreement at Town Center. The son was taken to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.
· At 9:16 p.m. Sunday, a mailbox on Oniell Drive was reported knocked down and was lying on Scotsdale Drive.
Benton County incidents
Among incidents reported to the Benton County Sheriff's Office according to records, were the following:
· At 4:42 p.m. Wednesday, Lendall Edminson of 14319 Sunset Drive reported a piano and a welder stolen during a burglary.
· At 7:32 a.m. Thursday, a Little Drive resident reported two vehicles were broken into and items were stolen.
· At 7:45 a.m. Thursday, Stacey Cheevers of 101 Primrose Ave. reported metal lids stolen from pull boxes from the Beaver Water District.
· At 7:54 a.m. Thursday, a three-vehicle accident was reported on U.S. Highway 71 near the Sugar Creek Center. One person was taken to Northwest Medical Center.
· At 9:26 a.m. Thursday, a long-haired shepherd mix was removed from Berkshire Drive and taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter. The dog was skinny and dehydrated and had matted hair.
· At 9:47 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported that an elderly man took out a mailbox with his vehicle on Metfield Drive, left ruts in the yard and hit a stop sign.
· At 10:41 a.m. Thursday, a woman reported bruises after being struck by a clock thrown by her former husband.
· 4:10 p.m. Thursday, a resident on Little Drive reported a truck had been broken into.
· At 5:16 p.m. Thursday, a resident reported a newly constructed home on Copinsay Drive had all the windows broken. The caller said the vandalism occurred in May of last year, and the owner could not be located.
· At 5:23 p.m. Thursday, two juveniles were reported standing in the middle of Chelsea Road about a mile north of Riordan. The caller had almost hit them.
· At 11:42 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a burglary at 9351 Wagon Wheel Road.
· At 8:21 p.m. Friday, Pam Wilson of 1521 W. Rolling Oaks Drive reported a trespasser.
· At 8:32 p.m. Friday, Randy Crossno of 9799 Soaring Hawk Drive reported the theft of a purse and a Nintendo DS.
· At 8:35 p.m. Friday, Christy Key of 13191 Beaty Road reported a burglary.
· At 8:40 a.m. Saturday, Scott Hopkins of 23182 Highway 62 reported the theft of a construction chop saw.
· At 12:54 p.m. Saturday, Meagan O'Brien of 14761 E. Highway 94 reported a burglary and the theft of a television at 9193 Ranhardt Lane.
· At 9:31 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported a burglary.
· At 12:44 p.m. Sunday, Ellen Clifton of 14843 Wimpy Jones Road reported two German shepherds stolen.
Rogers incidents
Among incidents reported to the Rogers Police Department according to records, were the following:
· At 9:53 a.m. Sunday, Michael Soden reported someone broke into his truck at 521 S. Fourth St.
· At 11:34 a.m. Sunday, Martin Gargia reported someone broke into a house at 1704 S. B St.
· At 8:25 p.m. Sunday, Lisa George reported her wallet and checkbook were stolen while she was at the First Baptist Church of Rogers, 626 W. Olive St.
· At 1 a.m. Monday, a caller reported loud music at an apartment in the 600 block of West Street.
