POA gets answering service
Posted on Saturday, August 30, 2008
Beginning Monday, callers to the Bella Vista Property Owners Association's main telephone line will be greeted with a new, more efficient answering service.
Callers will be given options from which to choose and be directed to a representative from the department or division they request.
The POA's main phone line - 855-8000 - receives between 5, 000 and 8, 000 calls each month. Now, reaching a specific destination and getting questions answered will be easier than ever.
"By implementing this new answering service, it is our intent to improve customer service and reduce the time our members and their guests have to spend on the phone," POA General Manager Tommy Bailey said. Town hall meeting set Judge Gary Black will hold the last town hall meeting of his term at 6: 30 p.m. Oct. 6 at the Lost Bridge Village Community Room, 12477 Lodge Drive in Rogers.
Speakers will include representatives from the Benton County Sheriff's Office, the Road Department, Environmental Services, the Planning Office, CENCOM, Veterans Services, 911 administration, the fire marshal and the Department of Emergency Management.
