Bella Vista incidents Among incidents reported to the Bella Vista Police Department according to records, were the following At 5: 44 a.m. Friday, a yellow Lab with a camouflage collar on Hastings Lane was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

At 8: 29 a.m. Friday, a caller reported that a man might have gone into a cellar in a woman's backyard.

At 10: 50 a.m. Friday, a large copperhead snake was reported in a yard on Thirsk Lane.

At 10: 52 a.m. Friday, a woman reported locking her keys in her car.

At 11: 02 a.m. Friday, a husband and wife reported receiving a phone call that may have been a Medicare scam.

At 11: 44 a.m. Friday, a caller from Harps reported that a woman was unable to walk and was having difficulty parking her vehicle, and the store was concerned about whether she should be driving.

At 12: 09 p.m. Friday, a caller reported that her mother, who lives on Yarnmouth, never made it to the caller's house.

At 12: 37 p.m. Friday, two men were in a car headed toward Hiwasse, and the caller thought a narcotics deal had been made. One of the men was a newspaper carrier who had lost his $ 400 telephone and was trying to find it.

At 3: 08 p.m. Friday, a caller at the Branchwood Recreation Center reported a gun had blown up in a 68-year-old man's face. He was taken to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.

At 3: 19 p.m. Friday, three possibly rabid foxes were reported in the Summers Lane area.

At 10: 18 p.m. Saturday, a tree was reported down and blocking the road near Arkansas Highway 279 and Sherlock.

At 1: 14 p.m. Saturday, a man was reported threatening his 15-year-old granddaughter about an argument that occurred on Monikie Drive.

At 2: 50 p.m. Saturday, a caller at the Country Club Golf Course reported a woman was trying to get into a vehicle.

At 1: 19 a.m. Sunday, Benton County Sheriff's Office deputies had two girls at the Sugar Creek Center and were trying to locate their mother.

At 11: 30 a.m. Sunday, a woman stopped at the Police Department to report she found a baby animal and didn't know what kind of animal it is.

At 5: 58 p.m. Sunday, a Shih Tzu on Wyndham Lane was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

At 8: 09 p.m. Sunday, two boys were reported throwing rocks at cars near Cooper and Sheneman, and they had hit a woman's car. The boys will be writing letters of apology to the woman.
