Bella Vista incidents Among incidents reported to the Bella Vista Police Department according to records, were the following At 12: 23 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a white four-wheel-drive pickup truck was all over the roadway and ran the red light by the Jane, Mo., Wal-Mart Supercenter. The truck was heading into Bella Vista and had Missouri plates. An officer was unable to locate the truck.

At 2: 20 a.m. Thursday, a man called to complain about the neighbors'dogs barking every night. He requested that the police leave an affidavit and he would return it to the Police Department later. An officer dropped off the form.

At 4: 09 a.m. Thursday, a Blizzen Lane resident said her dog had been barking for two hours, and because she was home alone, she would like an extra patrol. Officers checked the neighborhood and didn't see anything suspicious.

At 8: 09 a.m. Thursday, an emaciated dog was reported in the front yard of an Ashwell Lane resident. The dog was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

At 8: 21 a.m. Thursday, a loose Rottweiler was reported on Garrison Lane. No one knew the dog, and it was slobbering, so they feared it was sick. An officer was unable to locate the dog.

At 12: 30 p.m. Thursday, a copperhead snake was reported under the deck at a residence on Marlborough Drive. The officer was unable to locate the snake and gave the resident a phone number for a trapper.

At 1: 56 p.m. Thursday, a brindle boxer dog was reported lunging at people when they walked by. An officer reported the dog was fine.

• At 2: 16 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported having a copperhead snake in custody and needed help removing it. An officer assisted in relocating the snake.

At 2: 48 p.m. Thursday, an Allen's Foods employee reported a vehicle that was left running in the parking lot for more than an hour and a half. The dark green Toyota Camry was parked between Las Fajitas and Allen's. An officer was unable to locate the car's owner, so he turned the vehicle off and took the keys to the Police Department.

At 4: 05 p.m. Thursday, the Branchwood Golf maintenance alarm went off. The building was secure, and everything fine.

At 5: 44 p.m. Thursday, a yellow Labrador retriever with a camouflage collar was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter from Hastings Lane.

At 5: 52 p.m. Thursday, police were unable to find a man who had a physical disturbance with his father on Swanage Circle. The man was not armed.

At 6: 14 p.m. Thursday, several callers reported a pickup truck and a pedestrian had an accident in the Riordan Hall parking lot. The pedestrian declined ambulance service to a hospital.

• At 7: 11 p.m. Thursday, Vergil McMillan reported the theft of a new generator and a power washer from his residence on Sheneman.

At 7: 28 p.m. Thursday, a Maldon Circle resident reported a neighbor who parks a work vehicle in front of the caller's residence every night. She asked him to park the vehicle in his own driveway, but he refused. An officer left a notice of parking violation and a copy of the city ordinance.

At 9: 26 p.m. Thursday, a dog was dumped in a bin at the Recycling Center. The dog was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

On Thursday, a motorist on U. S. Highway 71, driving north from exit 93, reported a driver who was all over the roadway, from fog line to fog line.
