Anderson added to Arvest Bank board

ROGERS - Arvest Bank Rogers has announced Keven Anderson as a new member of its board of directors.

Anderson is part owner and acting general manager of Anderson Electric and Plumbing Supply, with locations in Rogers, Springdale and Harrison and Hollister, Mo. In 2002, he was elected to the Arkansas Legislature, where he is serving his third term as a state representative.

Anderson's career includes experience as a loan officer with what is now Bank of America and as a businessunit manager of Sibley Industries, a division of Chore-Time / Brock manufacturing. He served as chairman of the Revenue and Taxation Committee during the 2007 Arkansas legislative session, where he helped to lead one of the largest tax reductions in Arkansas history.

"I'm very pleased to announce that Keven will be joining our board," said Rob Brothers, president of Arvest Bank Rogers. "We welcome the perspectives and experience that new members bring to our board."

A resident of Rogers, Anderson and his wife, Lisa, have two children, Chelsea and Josh. Anderson currently serves as an ex-officio member of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce, and his family attends Peace Lutheran Church in Rogers.
