Bella Vista incidents

Among incidents reported to the Bella Vista Police Department according to records, were the following:

• At 4: 14 p. m. Thursday, a caller on Rosedale Lane reported her mother was divorcing and wanted her soon-to-be exhusband to leave her alone.

• At 5: 37 p. m. Thursday, a caller on Melanie Drive reported a back window was shot with a BB gun.

• At 11: 03 p. m. Thursday, a caller on Cranfield Drive reported people were yelling. An officer reported kids were playing in a garage.

• At 6: 26 a. m. Friday, a caller on Morganshire Drive reported his house and yard were toilet-papered and the flowers were torn up.

• At 8: 38 a. m. Friday, a golden retriever and a black Lab near the Kingsdale Tennis Courts were taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

• At 9: 21 a. m. Friday, someone stopped at the Police Department to report a kayak was stolen from Lake Norwood.

• At 9: 30 a. m. Friday, a woman stopped at the Police Department to report harassment.

• At 9: 49 a. m. Friday, a male Westie on Ellwood Circle was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

• At 5: 47 p. m. Friday, a caller reported a boat with six young people on Loch Lomond near the dam was driving too close to the shore.

• At 6: 06 p. m. Friday, a caller reported a person watercraft on Lake Avalon.

• At 6: 21 p. m. Friday, a caller on Westbury Drive reported he couldn’t control his 17-year-old daughter and wanted her picked up.

• At 8: 31 p. m. Friday, a caller on Worces ter Drive reported his wife, who was drunk, grabbed, pushed and punched him.

• At 12: 16 a. m. Saturday, a caller on Marina Drive reported two teenage boys were in the area.

• At 2: 13 a. m. Saturday, an officer reported someone stopped him to report a man lying along U. S. Highway 71 north of Riordan, and the “ man ” turned out to be some trash.

• At 2: 19 a. m. Saturday, a caller on Highlands Boulevard reported a noisy party.

• At 6: 42 a. m. Saturday, a large tan puppy on Whalley Lane was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

• At 7: 48 a. m. Saturday, a caller on Melbourn Drive reported a dark 4-foot-long snake in the garage.

• At 2: 38 p. m. Saturday, someone stopped at the Police Department with a black Lab he had found on U. S. 71. The dog was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

• At 5: 10 p. m. Saturday, a caller on U. S. 71 near the state line reported a possible disturbance in a car with two men and maybe two women.

• At 6: 49 p. m. Saturday, a man on Clevedon Circle reported someone had stolen his car keys. An officer reported others in the residence had taken the keys away from him because he was drunk and shouldn’t drive, and they took away his phone so he wouldn’t call again.

• At 9: 06 p. m. Saturday, a caller on Nottingham Drive reported loud music and fireworks.

• At 12: 06 a. m. Sunday, a caller on Leicester Drive reported neighbors were shooting fireworks and having a party.

• At 6: 54 a. m. Sunday, a caller on Forest Hills Boulevard reported the RV Storage gate was open.

• At 10: 02 a. m. Sunday, a male yellow Lab on Chaucer Drive was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

• At 11: 07 a. m. Sunday, a caller on Forfar Drive reported men going door to door.

• At 11: 49 a. m. Sunday, a caller reported the stoplight at U. S. 71 and Trafalgar Road was malfunctioning, cycling from red to green rapidly.

• At 1: 31 p. m. Sunday, a mother reported she had found bruises on her 6-year-old son about a week before and took photos of them.

• At 1: 59 p. m. Sunday, a caller on Brighting Lane reported a verbal disturbance.

• At 4 p. m. Sunday, a caller on Walter Drive reported being locked out of a residence.

• At 6: 06 p. m. Sunday, a caller from Kansas reported her husband was harassing her. An officer reported the husband said the wife was harassing him.

• At 7: 19 p. m. Sunday, a caller on Hope Drive reported suspicious activity at a vacant house. Benton County incidents

• At 7: 45 a. m. Friday, Wes Renfro, of 22772 Bozarth Cemetery Road, reported a radio stolen from his car.

• At 11: 15 a. m. Friday, Cindy Woods, of 22020 Dorothy Drive, reported her debit card stolen.

• At 4: 05 p. m. Friday, Samantha Meier, of 20240 Highway 62, reported a break-in. Bentonville incidents

• At 4: 37 p. m. Wednesday, Patricia Wingett, 3101 N. Woods, reported an assault.

• At 6: 07 p. m. Wednesday, a man reported that a flat-bed truck ran over several mailboxes.

• At 6: 17 p. m. Wednesday, Melissa Harringon, 501 S. W. Pearl Drive, reported a mail theft.

• At 9: 18 p. m. Wednesday, Susie Heller, 1500 N. E. Benjamin Greens, reported fireworks being shot.

• At 8: 46 p. m. Wednesday, a woman in the 2500 block of East Central Avenue reported a threat.

• At 3: 36 p. m. Thursday, Dan Coffee reported the theft of narcotics from Northwest Medical Center.

• At 5: 05 p. m. Thursday, David Hillard, 614 N. E. Second St., reported the unauthorized use of a debit card.

• At 10: 09 a. m. Thursday, Vickie Rasnick reported a trash can tagged with numbers at Jiffy Kwick, 219 S. Arkansas St.
