Benefit poker run on June 21

A benefit poker run for Nathan Zammit's Marathon will be held June 21 at Lowell City Park.
Zammit, 16, was diagnosed with brain cancer in February. He has undergone three brain surgeries, seven weeks of radiation and 42 days of chemotherapy treatments. He will undergo stem-cell harvesting this summer at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fla.
Signups start at 8 a.m. The last bike out will be at 10 a. m., and the last bike in will be at 2 p.m.
The cost is $ 20 for the first rider, and $ 10 for the second rider. For more information, call Dana Loyd at 544-4325.
