BENTONVILLE - Three elections will be held in Benton County on June 10, and early voting for each of the three begins on June 3 and ends June 9, Benton County Clerk Mary Lou Slinkard said in a June 2 press release.

In the release, Slinkard reminded voters that early voting, which is permitted by state law, is an option for all eligible voters in the primary runoffs, in the Siloam Springs School District special election and in the Northeast Benton County Fire Department special election.

Eligible voters can vote early between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday or Monday at any one of the county clerk's three offices.

For these elections, there will be no early voting on Saturday.

The county clerk's offices are at 215 E. Central Ave., Suite 217, in Bentonville; at 300 W. Popular St., Suite 2, in Rogers; and at 707 S. Lincoln, Suite C, in Siloam Springs.

On June 10, there will be runoffs in the county judge's race, in the county coroner's race and in the District 13 justice of the peace race.

In a separate election, also being held June 10, the Siloam Springs School District will present a proposal for an increase of 5. 4 mills for a new 287, 000-square-foot high school.

Yet another election being held on the same day is a special millage election for the Northeast Benton County Volunteer Fire Department.
