Democratic Women’s Club guest speaker

Joyce Hale will be the speaker at the club’s meeting at 11: 30 a. m. April 28 at the Clarion Hotel and Convention Center in Bentonville.
Hale has been active in environmental organizations and projects for more than 30 years, but most recently has concentrated on water issues for the Illinois River Watershed Partnership, the Sierra Club, the Fayetteville Natural Heritage Association, the Environmental Concerns Committee for the city of Fayetteville and the League of Women Voters of Washington County.
