CBS to broadcast LPGA tournament

ROGERS Tournament officials for the P & G Beauty Northwest Arkansas Championship have announced that the second-year LPGA Tour event will be broadcast nationally by CBS Sports. The tournament will return to Pinnacle Country Club on July 46.
Having CBS Sports provide live coverage is very exciting and clearly elevates our LPGA Tournament Jeff Schomburger, president of Procter and Gamble, customer business development, said in a news release. We believe northwest Arkansas is a great place to live, and with CBS coverage, we will have the opportunity to demonstrate this to the rest of the country.
The second round of the P & G Beauty Northwest Arkansas Championship on July 5 will air live on CBS from 12: 30 to 2 p. m. The final round on July 6 will receive two hours in the national spotlight, from noon to 2 p. m.
