POA to sponsor inventory lot auction

The Bella Vista Property Owners Association will offer 38 lots in an inventory auction at 11 a. m. Nov. 9 at Riordan Hall.
The association will offer 24 membership lots and 14 buildable lots. The starting bid for membership lots will be $ 1, 000. Meanwhile, the starting bid for buildable lots will be $ 3, 000, according to a POA news release.
In addition to the purchase price, winners will be responsible for a $ 100 transfer fee, $ 20 to record the deed and $ 3. 30 for each $ 1, 000 purchase for revenue stamps.
Doors to the auction will open at 10: 30 a. m. Riordan Hall is off of Riordan Road.
