Senior Spotlight : Big barbecue planned for Saturday
Posted on Monday, June 18, 2007
We are so excited that we have Three For Thee playing at our barbecue on Saturday. The group will play a great mix of bluegrass and gospel music. Ron Chambliss is from Lincoln and will play a 1992 HD 28 Martin guitar. Dana Reynolds lives in Gravette and will playing the upright bass. She also plays guitar, banjo, fiddle and piano. Dr. Larry Perry lives in Farmington and will play a 1972 Regal dobro, 2006 Rover mandolin and a 1990 Martin HD 28 guitar. These folks are some very talented musicians and we are so lucky to have them playing for our dinner. Come out and join us for an evening of fun for everyone. The event will be $ 7 for adults and $ 5 for children 12 and under. We will serve ribs, hamburgers, coleslaw, baked beans and watermelon. There will be a pie auction starting at 7: 45, so don't forget your "mad money."
