To give our readers a more comprehensive report of crimes in Benton and Washington counties, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette publishes records from area police agencies and circuit courts. Police call information is reported for the 24 hours ending at 6 a.m. Tuesday. Only felony arrests are reported. All reports include only information immediately available from public records. Washington County sheriff’s office ARRESTS May 5 Angela Cahoon, 34, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Harkey Harkey, 26, was arrested on a charge of attempted rape. Tobias Tyler, 33, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
May 6 Ryan Williams, 24, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. POLICE CALLS May 5 11: 28 a.m. A woman in Tontitown reported someone stole her truck. 6: 26 p.m. A woman on Arkansas 170 reported another woman threatened to kill her. Fayetteville Police Department ARRESTS May 5 Chelsea Mahone, 24, was arrested on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of contempt of court. POLICE CALLS May 5 6: 54 a.m. A man at the intersection of East Mission Boulevard and North Greenview Drive reported a job trailer broken into on a construction site. 11: 11 a.m. A woman at 1221 E. Farmers Drive reported a television stolen.
11: 33 a.m. A man at Adventure Subaru, 2781 N. College Ave., reported his truck stolen.
1: 28 p.m. A man at 505 N. Betty Jo Drive reported bicycles, fishing reels and frozen meat stolen from his porch.
2: 25 p.m. A man at 2915 E. Sterling Court reported a burglary.
4: 47 p.m. A woman at the Montessori School, 57 E. Township St., reported an employee stole $ 450.
5: 04 p.m. A woman at Aaron’s, 3196 N. College Ave., reported a man stole her purse.
5: 47 p.m. A man at 398 W. Skelton St. reported scrap metal stolen from a construction site.
6: 55 p.m. A woman at Flash Market, 3080 W. Wedington Drive, reported her purse stolen. 7: 58 p.m. A man on North Dawn Drive reported a man and woman fighting. 8: 07 p.m. A caller on West Maine Street reported a man and woman fighting. 9: 13 p.m. A woman at Summit Academy at Piney Ridge, 4253 N. Crossover Road, reported two windows broken out.
May 6 1: 03 a.m. A woman at Burger King, 1730 W. Sixth St., reported a stolen wallet. 1: 25 a.m. A man at 3875 E. Caston Drive reported his garage broken into. Springdale Police Department ARRESTS May 5 Tonya Salinas, 23, was arrested on charges of robbery and third-degree battery. POLICE CALLS May 5 7: 18 a.m. A man at C-Tech Industries, 603 N. Monitor Road, reported graffiti. 8: 15 a.m. A man at Tidal Wave Car Wash, 572 E. Robinson Ave., reported a possible employee theft. 8: 41 a.m. A woman at Westwood Health and Rehab, 802 S. West End St., reported a theft. 9: 19 a.m. A man at Hugg and Hall, 4078 W. Sunset Ave., reported a theft. 10: 48 a.m. A caller at Har-Ber High School, 300 Jones Road, reported a wallet and cell phone stolen. 12: 54 p.m. A woman at 2641 Johnson Meadows Place reported a theft. 1: 53 p.m. A caller at 303 Harve St. reported a firearm stolen.
2: 23 p.m. A woman at Harps, 1945 Butterfield Coach Road, reported her car stolen.
2: 45 p.m. A caller at 2200 E. Mountain Road reported graffiti.
4: 30 p.m. A woman on Osprey Street reported her boyfriend hit her.
4: 32 p.m. A man at Lowe’s, 4233 W. Sunset Ave., reported his truck stolen.
6: 24 p.m. A man at 1226 Oak Ave. reported a burglary.
6: 58 p.m. A man at 5425 Monica Marie Ave. reported someone threw things at his car.
8: 58 p.m. A caller at Y Liquor, 1817 S. Thompson St., reported a theft.
10: 15 p.m. A woman on Jo Avenue reported her husband hit her and threatened to kill her. Benton County Circuit Court JUDGE TOM KEITH May 5 PLEAS Jackie R. Beasley, 41, pleaded guilty to a charge of Internet stalking of a child. He was sentenced to 20 years in the Department of Correction with eight years suspended. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in fines, a $ 450 public defender fee, a $ 250 sex offender registration fee, a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 170 in court costs. He received 145 days ’ jail credit.
May 6 ARRAIGNMENTS Melissa R. Spear, 26, pleaded innocent to a charge of violating the Arkansas Hot Check law. A hearing was set for July 7. She was released on her own recognizance. Kendell R. Vice, 29, pleaded innocent to a charge of violating the Arkansas Hot Check law. A hearing was set for July 7. He was released on his own recognizance.
PLEAS Justin R. Eoff, 26, pleaded guilty to a charge of furnishing prohibited articles. He was sentenced to 20 years in the Department of Correction with eight years suspended. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in fines, $ 621 in victim restitution, a $ 450 public defender fee and $ 170 in court costs. He received 94 days ’ jail credit. Jessica E. Palmer, 22, pleaded guilty to a charge of violating the Arkansas Hot Check law. She was sentenced to 10 years ’ probation. She was ordered to pay $ 8, 881. 95 in victim restitution, $ 500 in county restitution, a $ 450 public defender fee, a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 170 in court costs. She received credit for time served. REVOCATIONS Terri S. Baldonado, 45, admitted violating her probation on an original charge of failure to appear. She was sentenced to one year in a regional punishment facility and her probation was extended 1 1 / 2 years. She was ordered to pay her balance of $ 1, 400. Benton County sheriff’s office ARRESTS May 5 Tai A. Trinh Jr., 26, was arrested on a charge of parole violation. Sherrie D. Tomlinson, 30, was arrested on two counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. Roy D. Simpson, 42, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Tasha M. Shepard, 20, was arrested on a charge of theft of property. Jose M. Salazar-Garcia, 30, was arrested on a charge of first-degree forgery. Thor N. Rutherford, 20, was arrested on charges of second-degree forgery and probation or suspended sentence violation. Terrance W. Rice, 35, was arrested on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. Yalany G. Moncada, 23, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. POLICE CALLS May 5 9 a.m. A woman on Benton Ridge Circle reported a man and woman fighting. 4: 25 p.m. A woman at 18834 Beaver Hollow Road reported items stolen from a residence. 4: 46 p.m. A woman on North Mount Olive Street reported a man trying to get in. Bentonville Police Department POLICE CALLS May 5 9: 55 a.m. A woman at McDonald’s, 1401 Phyllis St., reported an employee printed $ 3, 000 worth of money orders. 5: 24 p.m. A man at Washington Junior High School, 1501 N. E. Wildcat Way, reported finding threats against two teachers on a bathroom wall. 9: 23 p.m. A woman at Bentonville Manor, 224 S. Main St., reported an assault. Rogers Police Department POLICE CALLS May 5 6: 16 a.m. A woman on South Eighth Street reported her mother found a charge card on a key chain and made several purchases with it. 6: 18 a.m. A woman at 900 N. 13 th St. reported a vehicle broken into and a radio stolen. 7: 47 a.m. A man at 1503 Stratton Drive reported copper wire stolen. 9: 37 a.m. A man at 810 N. Sixth St. reported a motorcycle stolen. 11: 35 a.m. A caller at East Oak and South D streets reported a fence torn down at the end of Oak Street. 11: 38 a.m. A woman at 1310 W. Fir St. reported a window broken in a model home and a computer, printer and TV stolen.
11: 55 a.m. A caller at 1300 S. Mountie Blvd. reported a burglary.
12: 20 p.m. A caller at Frank Tillery Elementary School, 621 W. Elm St., reported being harassed.
1: 34 p.m. A woman at Mercy Medical Center emergency room, 2710 Rife Medical Lane, reported a man shot in the arm at the intersection of 46 th and Olive streets by someone in a passing vehicle.
2: 49 p.m. A caller at Elmwood Junior High School, 1600 S. 13 th St., reported a theft.
2: 55 p.m. A man at Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2110 W. Walnut St., reported a video game stolen.
5: 31 p.m. A man on North 33 rd Street reported his 17-year-old stepson punched a hole in the wall.
