To give our readers a more comprehensive report of crimes in Benton and Washington counties, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette publishes records from area police agencies and circuit courts. Police call information is reported for the 48 hours ending at 6 a.m. Monday. Only felony arrests are reported. All reports include only information immediately available from public records. Washington County Circuit Court JUDGE RAY REYNOLDS May 5 ARRAIGNMENTS James E. Case III, 22, pleaded innocent to a charge of violating the Arkansas Hot Check law. Trial was set for Aug. 28. He was held in lieu of $ 2, 500 bond. Cassandra M. Dobbs, 26, pleaded innocent to a charge of violating the Arkansas Hot Check law. Trial was set for Aug. 28. She was released on $ 2, 500 bond. Rocky J. Edwards II, 24, pleaded innocent to a charge of second-degree forgery. Trial was set for July 9. He was held in lieu of $ 2, 500 bond. Marlon D. Ewing, 25, pleaded innocent to charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of drug paraphernalia. Trial was set for July 9. He was released on $ 10, 000 bond.

Wesley J. Goyne, 30, pleaded innocent to charges of residential burglary, breaking or entering and theft of property. Trial was set for July 9. He was held in lieu of $ 2, 500 bond.

Ronald C. Johnson, 51, pleaded innocent to a charge of possession of methamphetamine. Trial was set for July 9. He was released on $ 4, 000 bond.

Pamela A. Keith, 46, pleaded innocent to charges of possession of marijuana and possession of oxycodone. Trial was set for July 9. She was released on $ 3, 500 bond.

Jacob E. Ketcher, 26, pleaded innocent to a charge of failure to appear. Trial was set for July 9. He was held in lieu of $ 100, 000 bond.

Robert G. Kilpatrick Jr., 46, pleaded innocent to a charge of second-degree sexual assault. Trial was set for July 9. He was held in lieu of $ 10, 000 bond.

Lisa D. Mahler, 45, pleaded innocent to three counts of delivery of marijuana. Trial was set for July 9. She was released on $ 5, 000 bond.

Becky Mathews, 22, pleaded innocent to a charge of failure to appear. Trial was set for Aug. 28. She was held in lieu of $ 50, 000 bond.

Ronald G. McCool, 35, pleaded innocent to charges of second-degree forgery and nonsupport. Trial was set for July 9. He was released on $ 6, 000 bond.

Bobby L. McCormick, 23, pleaded innocent to a charge of failure to comply with the sex offender registration act. Trial was set for July 9. He was released on $ 3, 500 bond.

Johnathon K. Parker, 34, pleaded innocent to a charge of violating the Arkansas Hot Check law. Trial was set for Aug. 28. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond.

Barving M. Price, 19, pleaded innocent to a charge of theft by receiving. Trial was set for July 9. He was held in lieu of $ 2, 500 bond.

Sheila L. Raymond, 24, pleaded innocent to charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of drug paraphernalia. Trial was set for July 9. She was released on $ 7, 500 bond.

Brenda K. Smith, 52, pleaded innocent to a charge of second-degree forgery. Trial was set for July 9. She was released on a felony citation.

Monique D. Spires, 19, pleaded innocent to charges of theft of property and failure to appear. Trial was set for July 9. She was held in lieu of $ 75, 000 bond.

Burl White, 45, pleaded innocent to a charge of theft of property. Trial was set for July 9. He was held without bond.

Marilyn S. Young, 49, pleaded innocent to a charge of violating the Arkansas Hot Check law. Trial was set for Aug. 28. She was released on $ 2, 500 bond.

Lenelita Zinke, 41, pleaded innocent to a charge of nonsupport. Trial was set for July 9. She was held in lieu of $ 2, 500 bond. REVOCATIONS Troy W. Barnett, 35, contested the revocation of his probation on an original charge of nonsupport. Hearing was set for July 9. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond. David W. Cook, 23, contested the revocation of his probation on an original charge of second-degree forgery and pleaded innocent to charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hearing was set for July 9. He was released on $ 3, 500 bond. Tracy D. Moss, 45, contested the revocation of his probation on an original charge of nonsupport. Hearing was set for July 9. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond. JUDGE WILLIAM STOREY May 5 PLEAS Jesus Aguilar-Cortez, 28, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree forgery. He was sentenced to 98 days in the Washington County jail with time served and four years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 150 in court costs and a $ 150 public defender fee.

Larry W. Cleghorn, 48, pleaded guilty to charges of second-degree domestic battery, terroristic threatening and possession of Valium. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Washington County jail and four years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 county restitution, $ 150 in court costs and a $ 125 drug crime fee.

William L. Evans, 30, pleaded guilty to charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and felon in possession of firearms. He was sentenced to five years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 2, 500 county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 150 in court costs and a $ 125 drug crime fee.

Donnie R. Greenhaw, 41, pleaded guilty to a charge of indecent exposure, fourth offense. He was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with four years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee and a $ 250 sex offender registration fee. He received 38 days ’ jail credit.

Charmaine Maier, 46, pleaded guilty to a charge of residential burglary. She was sentenced to six months in the Regional Punishment Facility and five years ’ probation. She was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 county restitution, $ 710 victim restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 150 in court costs and a $ 150 public defender fee. She received 12 days ’ jail credit.

Ruben Paniagua-Navarez, 47, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree forgery. He was sentenced to 85 days in the Washington County jail with time served and three years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 150 in court costs and a $ 150 public defender fee.

Bernardo Pina, 26, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with six years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee and a $ 125 drug crime fee.

Isias Reyes, 21, pleaded guilty to a charge of nonfinancial identity fraud. He was sentenced to 2 1 / 2 years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 150 in court costs. He received 97 days ’ jail credit.

Casey L. Ruiz, 37, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with two years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 125 drug crime fee. Scotty A. Weiser, 36, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with five years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee and a $ 125 drug crime fee.

REVOCATIONS Ronnie K. Eubanks, 36, admitted violating his probation on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of ephedrine. He was sentenced to six years in the Department of Correction with five years suspended. He received 27 days ’ jail credit. Dustin M. Jones, 21, admitted violating his probation on charges of seconddegree domestic battery and terroristic threatening. He was sentenced to 360 days in the Washington County jail and six years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 150 in court costs and a $ 150 public defender fee. He received 210 days ’ jail credit. Washington County sheriff’s office ARRESTS May 3 Kimberlee Dale, 31, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Joe Simmons, 28, was arrested on charges of fraudulent use of a credit card, theft of property and failure to appear.

May 4 Bruce Strickland, 29, was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.

May 4 Nicholas Nash, 20, was arrested on a charge of aggravated robbery. Shamika Redden, 26, was arrested on charges of terroristic threatening, firstdegree domestic battery and aggravated assault on a household or family member.
